Affirmations are phrases we say or read repeatedly, during meditation sessions or throughout the day. They may seem small, silly, or useless but I promise mantras have the power to change your life for the better. Without getting too far deep into the Law of Attraction (though, if you don’t know much about it I encourage you to learn more), I’ll put it simply: The stories we tell ourselves matter. The words we speak carry power and energy. They can be so impactful. It only makes sense that we be intentional with what we choose to say and surround ourselves with.

- I am healthy, both mentally and physically.
- I am a money magnet. Money flows easily to me.
There are SO many incredible mantras out there! These are just a few of the easiest phrases to start out with.
How to Implement Affirmations
Knowing these powerful mantras is only the first step. The true power comes in implementation. Add this practice to part of your daily routine to be sure you’re reading and repeating daily. A few of my favorite ideas:
Write them down, and hang them on your mirror or refrigerator!
Record a voice memo reading the mantras. Play it on repeat as you meditate, or fall asleep.
Repeat them before you eat breakfast, or brush your teeth.
Set them as your lock screen on your phone, watch, or computer.
Meditate in the morning or before bed, and include them.
Mindset changes everything
Have you ever heard, “Whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re right”? According to Google, it’s a quote from Henry Ford. The point is, mindset is everything. Your potential is INFINITE. You are the only thing holding you back.
Affirmations create mindset shifts. They increase your confidence, and remind you to believe in your power. Try to implement these affirmations, and see what changes! You might surprise yourself.
